Nobody hires the better builder. They hire the builder who looks better.
Watch it all the way through
Two filmmakers,not an agency
Senu Studios makes property films and founder stories for the people who build Texas.
We're not an ad agency, and we won't chase leads for you. We put you on camera and let the right client recognize you.
We both shoot and we both cut — there's a whole filmmaker in each city, not half a team waiting on the other one. The people you meet on day one are the people who make your films, and you can reach either of us directly.
Austin & Dallas
One of us in each metro. A reschedule around weather or a pour isn't a crisis, it's just a text message.
Two of us
The people who show up are the people who own the work. Nothing is handed to a junior or sent offshore.
Every stage
Site, framing, finish, reveal. The entire process is told through story, and the client's reaction to the work is captured.
Four things
The finished build, filmed the way it was designed to be seen. For your site, your listing, and the next client deciding what your name should cost.
The house will still be there. The build won't. Monthly capture from dirt to reveal — the one asset money can't commission after the fact.
You, on camera, saying why you build the way you do. At this level no one is choosing between floor plans — they're choosing whose word to take.
The couple you built for, in the house you built them, saying what the year was actually like. Nobody decides on craftsmanship alone — they decide who to trust with eighteen months of their life.
Three steps
One shoot day
We come to the build. Finished homes, framing, you on camera — one day, worked around your schedule instead of ours.
A month of content
The main film, 8–12 short cuts, and stills — edited, captioned, and ready to post everywhere your buyers look.
We ask what happened
Before the shoot we agree what we're watching — inquiries, saved posts, who mentions it on a call. After it publishes we ask, and we tell you the truth about what we see.
The two of us
Senu is two filmmakers who make good work, tell the story straight, and turn it into business for the people we shoot.
Between us: property films, founder documentaries, brand work for resorts and the people who run them. We started Senu because the same thing kept happening — someone would build something remarkable, then hand it to whoever was cheapest.

Twelve years behind a camera, including director of photography on a feature documentary. On your site he's the one deciding what the light is doing before anyone presses record.

Ten years shooting and cutting — events, weddings, retreats, documentary. He's the one who finds the story in eighty hours of footage after everyone's gone home.
Two people can only shoot and cut so much in a month, so we hold the roster where the work stays good. It's arithmetic, not a posture.
Stated plainly
Most studios make you get on a call before they'll tell you a number. Here are ours — and exactly what lands in your hands.
One day on your site. You leave with fifty-one finished pieces.
- Property film A finished home, filmed the way it was designed to be seen. For your site, your listing, and the next client deciding what your name should cost.
- Build documentation — the first day An active site as it stands right now — framing, stone, whatever's happening this month. If you carry on, this becomes month one.
- Founder film You, on camera, saying why you build the way you do. At this level no one is choosing between floor plans — they're choosing whose word to take.
- Client testimonial The couple you built for, in the house you built them, saying what the year was actually like.
Two to three minutes, whichever you pick, agreed before we shoot. Want a second one on the same day? $1,500.
- Ten cuts15–45 seconds, vertical, captioned. Sized for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Forty stillsGraded, web and print resolution. Yours outright.
First cut in seven days. Final in fourteen.
One day, one price, nothing recurring. If you carry on into a build, half of it comes off your first month.
Half books the day and covers the cost of shooting it. The balance is only due on delivery.
We re-edit once. If it still isn't something you'd put your name on, you owe nothing further.
One film, once, on the Proof Day. If it's you on camera, we don't use it either — a man should be able to bury footage of himself.
One capture day a month, dirt to reveal. Every month:
- One dayOn site, worked around your schedule instead of ours.
- One film60–90 seconds. Where the build actually stands that month.
- Ten cutsVertical, captioned, ready to post.
- 25 stillsGraded and delivered with the film.
The property film. Three to five minutes, cut from a year nobody else was standing there for. The house will still be there. The build won't.
IncludedThree-month start, then month to month for as long as the build runs. If the build stops, we pause and hold your slot — you don't pay for a month we didn't shoot, and you don't renegotiate to start again.
Billed monthly because that's how a build runs — paid as it goes, not as a lump sum against a house that isn't finished yet.
- A second film — any of the four, same day$1,500
- A third$1,500
- Second location, same day$1,000
Booked on their own these are full production days. Added to a day we're already shooting, they cost a fraction of that — the light is set and we're already there.
Most builders take the property and the founder film together. $6,000, one day.
